All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.
For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:11-12, ESV

Johann van der Ham

Johann, Retha and their four girls have been passionately encouraging development in Malawi since 1999.  They have a strong conviction that Africa has huge potential to contribute to the rest of the world. Since 2001 they have been training subsistence farmers in in a Biblical view on farming and financial management. They have seen many farmers breaking out of poverty. Part of the training effort was the production of a movie called Times of Change, which help subsistence farmers to grasp the concept of Foundations for Farming (conservation agriculture).  This was produced in Chichewa.  Johann produced a second movie addressing the financial challenges families are facing in Malawi called Chibwana Chimalanda.  He is serving as the dean of the Crown Stewardship School and has a passion to see ordinary people doing extraordinary things as they place their trust in God.
