Training of Trainers
Our goal with this course is to empower the poor through an impartation of knowledge that's vital for them to prosper. The strategy which the Lord gave us to accomplish this goal is to identify faithful men and women who will be able to train others. We are following the model Paul gave in his letter to Timothy: “The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” - 2 Timothy 2:2
Students will be emmerged into a highly productive environment of sustainable farming, finance and faith. They will go on several field trips over weekends like climbing Mulanje Mountain, visiting a tea factory, visiting other Foundations for Farming training centers and practicing sharing their knowledge in a rural community.
